Nitro — Terms of Service & Warranty Policy By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Warranty

FW — Full Warranty

• 28-day revoke warranty from successful claim/delivery.

• Covers auto-claim before successful claim and individual revokes during the 28 days.

• Refund/replacement may be issued after verification.

• Does not cover revoke waves, improperly stacked Nitro, Discord account restrictions, or insufficient evidence.

1. Auto-Claim / Immediate Revoke

Provide one continuous, unedited screen recording showing:

• Nitro link and payment/order confirmation where applicable.

• Complete claim process, including pasting the link into Discord.

• Resulting error, auto-claim, or revoke.

• Discord username and account email.

• It Cant Get Auto Claimed as we own the Inventory Account.

Insufficient proof may result in denial. Revoke Waves

A revoke wave is a widespread Discord action causing multiple Nitro links/credits to be revoked within a similar period, rather than an isolated revoke.

We may consider reports from other sellers/customers and other evidence showing a widespread pattern.

We solely determine whether an incident qualifies as a revoke wave. Revoke waves are not covered by FW.

FW also excludes Discord account bans, disabling, termination, suspension, restrictions, Terms violations, improperly stacked Nitro, and insufficient evidence.

1. Nitro Stacking

Nitro may not be stacked for warranty purposes unless the product listing states otherwise.

Unless stated otherwise, no more than one (1) month of Nitro credit may be stacked.

Exceeding the permitted amount voids all warranty coverage. Revoked stacked credits are not eligible for refund/replacement.

1. Evidence

Revoke claims must include the required recording plus the Nitro Credit page. Proof of permitted stacking may also be required.

Edited, cropped, cut, paused, incomplete, or manipulated recordings are invalid. Fake/fraudulent evidence permanently voids warranty.

1. Reporting

Auto-claims, invalid links, immediate revokes, and other delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours.

FW revoke claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible with all required proof.

1. Refunds & Final Decision

Refunds/replacements are not automatic and require a qualifying warranty claim, valid evidence, and verification. We may provide either at our discretion.

Claims are decided based on available evidence. Our decision is final unless new, verifiable evidence materially changes the circumstances.

Important Failure to follow the required claiming/warranty procedures may result in denial of refund or replacement.

The client must accept these terms before an amount can be submitted.
